How do I reserve my room? Is it safe to use my credit card? We at HH take your credit card security very seriously. Yes - HH's reservation system is directly linked to the hotels room inventory. This way when you purchase a room from HH the availability and rate is guaranteed. As such the hotel receives notification of you booking at the same moment HH confirms your itinerary. What are your booking terms and conditions? Each hotel has different booking terms and conditions. As a result, this information is specific to each hotel and is made available within each hotel's profile prior to HH asking for your credit card details. This information is also available by hovering your mouse over any specific rate. What is included in the rate? Rates shown are in Aussie dollars & include GST. Rates shown relate directly to the number of persons travelling and may vary if you change the number of persons travelling.
